Postage
When you place an order with Wildshop you will receive an immediate confirmation email prior to your order being processed. We will notify you again by email once your account has been charged and your order dispatched or if there is any delay in supplying an item in your order. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be dispatched. Delivery times are approximately as follows:
Capital and major cities - 2 days
Regional and Remote areas – 3 to 7 days

Returns
If for any reason you are dissatisfied and wish to return an item we will offer you a replacement or refund. Please contact us prior to returning goods to Wildshop on Ph: (02) 9282-9553. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error.
